Thick-Copper PCBs with a layer thickness up to 500 mic are ideal solutions for requirements with high switching currents as in automotive or industrial electronic! We provide this type as single- and double sided PCB and as multilayer PCB. For the production of multilayer PCBs the right choice of the Prepreg and the construction is very important to ensure a pore-free embedding of the copper structures.
